Do you think this is a good idea?

okay well I use heat protecting spray (tresemme) and use a CHI flat iron. My hair isn't fried or anything and money isn't the problem, but what are some REALLY good products that I can use on my hair. Its really thick and througout the day at school it starts to get a lil poofy, frizzy and a lil wavy. ( not a good combination huh?!)

okay so do you think I should get my hair "trimmed" and "thinned" every month or every other month. I heard that getting a trim every month or other month helps your hair grow, but also become healthier, and thats what I want to do.

For extra extra details, my hair is...

-6-7 inches below my shoulder (seems like a lot but I measured : )

-dark brown

-thick and natrually curly ( but I straighten it!!!) never wear my hair curly or wavy to school!

-I use a blow-drier sometimes and if I do I use a LOT of heat protecting spray.!

any comments or suggestians PLEASE tell me! Thank you soooo much! you all ROCK!=D

I have reallllly curly hair and I do have ALOT of hair. But what I do is..I got my hair cut into layers. It does stimulate your hair growth when you trim some of your hair off. Oh and I also cut my hair into layers so it doesn't loook like I have alot of hair. After I take a shower, I put on some sunsilk anti-poof cream so my hair doesn't poof up. I put it on my hair when it's a little damp. Not too dry and not too wet. AND the only reason your hair is poofy is because it needs to get mosturized. It's probably dry and unhealthy I'm gussing?

good luck brittaany %26lt;3333

just go curly, it's natrual looking...plus a lot of ppl i see are into curly hair... u might want to use pantene volumizing moose??

Do you think this is a good idea?

use loreal Studio Heat Seeker hot straight. protects your hair from heat and helps it stay straight.

and after straightening your hair use silk drops, come in lots of brands... makes it shiny and pretty!

i use tresemme heat protector too! its really good ey? umm k dont get your hair thinned every month, but if it is really thick now and if it bothers you get it thinned now, and then thinned again in 3 or 4 months, not each month or else your hair will be too thin. you should try macadamia heat balm from the body shop its great. and also try the maximum or mild control line of products by redken. hope i helped! have a good day!
