any perm solution will do ,the smaller the curler,the tighter the curl,the larger the curler the straighter the hair will be.straightening and curling solutions are basically the same it just depends on the size of the curler.i use a ceramic iron to straighten my hair,you can purchase a good cheap one for about 25.@your local cvs.a wide wand does more hair in less time,your hair should be dry and use a medium setting to ensure you dont burn your ends.i do not recommend any perm/straightening solution as is damages your hair.

I have a flat iron by Enzo Milano. I love it, it is the best flat iron I have ever used. My hair is very thick and wavy and this makes my hair perfectly straight and frizz free. Plus my hair doesn't get caught in it. You can use it to flip your hair in or out but I just use it to straighten.
