I heard that a Sedu is pretty good. If any1 has any personal expirience with that brand I's liek to hear it. I've heard that a Chi is over-rated and overpriced. If an1 has any personal with that straightner, I'd love to hear it. I want one that (idealy) has the mineral tourmaline in it, but at minimum it must be 100% ceramic.

Yes, I would definitely suggest for you to purchase a Sedu straightner! I have one and it works wonders, trust me. One of my friends actually has a Chi straightner and she`s always complaining about how it seems to fry her hair... I used it once and it wasn`t all that great, honestly. I don`t see why there`s such a big hype about it!

I really recommend the sedu. they came out with the 2008 version at folica.com. i heard its better than the original and the original was good, trust me.

It depends on your hair, I have a chi and my hair is really wavy, but my chi will straighten it in about 20 minutes!! They are overpriced, but SOOO worth it!
