I'm thinking about getting one, but does it really work? i don't want to waste my money. my chi broke like a year after i got it. so i bought a revlon one %26amp; its okay, but the maxiglide looks great.

Does anyone own a maxiglide hair straightener? Does it really work?
You should buy yourself another Chi. I used to own a maxiglide and I hated it. Yeah it straightens your hair fast but its fake ceramic, after a while the blue ceramic plates were peeling off. I am going to buy a Chi beacause I hear its the best flat iron.
